Our minimum standard: We only sell laptops with a minimum of 80% battery health. Most of our laptops have 85%+ battery health. Laptops that fall below this threshold get a new battery before sale.

What is not covered: Physical damage caused by drops, liquid spills or misuse. Software issues are not covered under hardware warranty, but we provide free software support during the warranty period.

How it works: Most of our business laptops (Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad) originally came with Windows Pro licenses embedded in the BIOS/UEFI firmware. When we install Windows 11 Pro, it automatically activates using the embedded digital license. No product key is needed.

Consumer models: Some consumer-oriented models come with Windows 11 Home. If you need Windows 11 Pro for business features like BitLocker, Remote Desktop and domain join, we can upgrade it for an additional fee.

Verification: You can verify the activation status in Settings → System → Activation. It will show "Windows is activated with a digital license." We also run all Windows Updates before delivering the laptop to you.
