An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement where SN Network & Computer takes responsibility for the regular maintenance, health monitoring and emergency repair of your security systems for a fixed annual fee.

You pay once per year and we take care of all scheduled maintenance visits, system checks and emergency support within our agreed response times. No surprise bills for routine maintenance.

CCTV systems exposed to dust, heat and continuous operation degrade over time. Camera lenses become dirty reducing image quality. Hard drives accumulate errors and can fail, causing footage loss. DVRs slow down without firmware updates.

Regular AMC maintenance prevents all of these issues. A system failure at a critical moment can cost your business far more than the annual AMC fee.

Visit frequency depends on your plan:

Basic Plan: Quarterly visits (4 per year)
Standard Plan: Monthly visits (12 per year)
Premium Plan: Bi-monthly visits (24 per year)

All visits are scheduled in advance and confirmed with you 48 hours before arrival. You choose a convenient time slot.

Every visit includes camera lens cleaning, camera housing cleaning and angle check, cable and connector inspection, power supply check, DVR/NVR health check, recording verification and performance testing.

Standard and Premium visits also include HDD health monitoring, firmware updates, network testing and remote viewing verification. Premium visits include a written health report.

Part replacement policy depends on your plan:

Basic and Standard: Labour is covered under AMC. Parts cost is charged separately at market price with no markup.

Premium: Minor parts (cables, connectors, power adaptors) are replaced free of charge. Major components (cameras, HDD, DVR) are charged at market price with labour covered.

All parts used are genuine compatible components.

Emergency response times by plan:

All Plans: Emergency call acknowledged within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or phone.

Basic: On-site within 48 business hours.
Standard: On-site within 24 hours.
Premium: On-site within 4 hours.

Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting is attempted immediately for all plans.

Yes. We cover both systems installed by us and systems installed by other companies. For third-party systems we conduct a paid initial audit (₹999) to assess the system condition before enrolling it under AMC.

If the system needs repairs to meet our minimum standard, we will quote separately for those repairs before AMC begins.

Yes. Many clients add cameras, upgrade DVRs or expand their systems during the AMC period. Upgrades are quoted and charged separately.

The AMC coverage is then updated to include the new equipment at the next renewal. For mid-year device additions we offer prorated coverage extension.

Yes. Our Standard and Premium AMC plans are specifically designed for offices, corporate premises and businesses in Janakpuri and Delhi NCR.

We have clients ranging from small 4-camera offices to large 50-camera corporate campuses. Custom plans are available for large installations.

Yes. Our Basic AMC plan at ₹2,999 per year is specifically designed for residential homes with up to 4 cameras. It includes quarterly visits, cleaning and 48-hour emergency response.

It is the most cost-effective way to keep your home security system always running.

Remote support is included in Standard and Premium plans. Our engineers can remotely access your DVR/NVR to diagnose issues, adjust settings, verify recording and troubleshoot connectivity problems without a site visit.

Basic plan includes phone guidance support during office hours but not remote system access.

Yes. If none of our standard plans fit your requirements we create a custom AMC plan. This is common for large installations with 16+ cameras, mixed system types (CCTV plus biometric plus networking) or multi-location businesses.

Our standard AMC contracts are annual (1 year) with renewal at the end of each year. We also offer 2-year and 3-year contracts at discounted rates for clients who want price stability and longer-term coverage.

Multi-year discounts: 5% for 2 years, 10% for 3 years.

We send renewal reminders 30 days before your AMC expiry via WhatsApp and email. Renewal is done by making the annual payment and signing the updated agreement.

Prices are locked for existing clients who renew before expiry. Late renewals (after expiry) may require a fresh inspection and updated pricing.
